We still have some early dates available in October and the first week of November. These dates are eligible for our early special of $295 per day plus tax for parties of four and above. Dates available are:
October 18-24, 27-31 and November 1-4.
Lots of good dates are still open in November and January but we are seeing the first half of December really filling up on the calendar.
We have had a very hot and dry summer so far. We usually get 100 degree days here, but 117 degrees was a bit much. Normally our winters tend to be opposite of our summer weather, so we might be seeing some cold and wet weather this winter.
Corn prices have doubled this summer, so farmers have taken advantage of that and we are seeing lots of corn planted here in the Columbia Basin. The ducks will have so much corn to feed on here there will be no reason for them to migrate out of the area. Of course weather always plays a part in that. Our ducks migrate here from Alberta and we are seeing there is plenty of water in that province to provide nesting areas for them. More good news for our hunting here.
